Limes Renewable Energy has reached a major milestone, surpassing 250 MWp of fully consented solar projects in Italy. With the recent approval of 37 MWp in Sicily and 6.1 MWp in Piedmont, Limes’ fully consented portfolio now totals 264 MWp.
This achievement underscores the strength and breadth of Limes’ project portfolio, which now includes 17 fully consented projects, encompassing both Autorizzazione Unica and PAS, along with 12 projects with positive environmental permits. This positions Limes among the leading developers in Italy, both in terms of the number of projects and of positive environmental permits obtained.
Limes’ projects span four Italian regions – Sicily, Lazio, Emilia-Romagna, and Piedmont – demonstrating the company’s extensive reach and deep local expertise.
On a global scale, Limes continues to expand its presence across seven markets: Italy, Sweden, the USA, Chile, Colombia, Vietnam, and Indonesia. With projects across solar PV, onshore wind, and BESS technologies, its global pipeline is approaching 6 GW.
